Excellent service, very responsive. Some water marks were found on the ceiling and exterior wall of our living room during heavy rain. Made an appointment with a local roofer graded A from Angie's List. However that guy called in just before the schedule time and said he can't do it since it's raining and it's too dangerous for him on our tile roof. WTF, I had to take a working day off to accommodate his schedule and he just canceled it. I asked him when he could come and he said probably next week. He just hanged up on me when I expressed my complains. Had no choice, I tried home advisor website since I had good experience with them before. Just about a few minutes after I submitted my request, David rang in and asked a few questions about the problem. That afternoon, David and his crews arrived at my house right on schedule (even a little bit earlier). They identified the root cause and did a preliminary repair to stop the leak during the short time window when no rain was pouring down. A few days later, they came back and did a thorough inspection and repair. They are very professional, friendly and accountable. I definitely recommend David and his crews for roofing.

very personable service. Found a couple of leaks in a critical area and first put a patch to stop the problem; and then, a couple of days later, did the full repair. Timely. I definitely recommend David Landeros for roofing matters.

Mon, Dec 8, 2014 at 10:20 AM, Hole in roof fixed. Landeros replaced two shingles which was probably caused by tree branch when tree was removed, cost 250. I emailed the home advisor web site at about 815AM - 817AM, received an email from them at 819AM, while reading the email, a vendor (Landeros) from their web site called me and came out in less than one hour for an estimate. Since I had shingles, he repaired it on the spot and was done by 950AM. Talk about good service: less than 2 hours from call to job completion.

This guy has came on time when I just needed. He is very sure of his work.
