    He knows his work very well and was very professional. He is passionate about his work and not just out for the money. He came out and looked at the issue put a temporary fix on it till the weather permitted a permanent fix and he kept to his word and came to do the final repair a few days later. He was the best and I would definitely recommend him.

    Great service from a small company. Arrived early and finished quickly. Cleaned up well. My only suggestion is that they use something like the Square to capture a signature and immediately send a receipt. I never really got a receipt that I paid. He just took my credit card information and wrote it in his book.

    We called Landeros Roofing due to a leak we have been noticing. David came and was very professional and informative. Evidently our roof flashing was crimped improperly allowing water/silt to accumulate which caused water to divert under the roof tiles instead of into the gutter. Tar paper destroyed but luckily no dry rot. David gave us an estimate and returned the following week. He was great at explaining what he found after opening up everything. He even left to purchase additional materials to extend the downspout and better divert future water. In addition to fixing our leak problem and re-doing what was previously improperly done to prevent future problems, David also replaced cracked roof tiles we had in other locations of our roof not even near the repair area. David stuck to his original estimate and did not charge us extra for his extra time and materials. With the recent rain, there is no more leaking. We are all set for future rains thanks to David and his crew. We highly recommend David to anyone needing roof work.

    I had talked to David. He explain what was going to happen, cost and the time line. I like him from the start when I talked to him by phone. When I met him and his team in person the feeling of customer service remained 5 Star. I am a senior woman and it is easy to be cheated. I had dealt with poor service in the past for plumbing issues and paid more than I should have. I was cautious. I checked Landeros Roofing, a member of BBB, I checked his license with no complaints against him. I was pleased with my choice. I really like Home Advisors also. Their website is user friendly. I will be using Home Advisors again in the future. I feel I can trust their clients.
