David was prompt and helpful, Work was performed in a timely manner. I haven't been up on the roof to inspect yet but he seemed to do everything he promised that I can see from ground level.

I had a persistent roof leak for at least seven years. I had previously hired many roofers, who were never able to locate and repair the leak. David Landeros initially repaired one leak. When he opened up the shingles to reveal the tar paper he found that the original roofer had slashed the tar paper in numerous locations. Subsequently he found several other leaks. He kept coming back until all the leaks were repaired. We agreed on a fair and reasonable payment for all the work he has done. I am completely happy with his work.
