David called us shortly after placing a request to Home Advisor. He scheduled for an inspection for a leak from the roof following week. He showed up promptly on his appointment and inspected the leaking area. He was kind enough to show me picture of other areas needing repair. Work was completed on time as promised. David and his son were very professional and knowledgeable about the repair. Certainly, I will hire them again for any problem with our house roof. We would definitely recommend David Landeros!

He is honest enough to admit that he can not the do the work right away because of his current workload. He will let me know as soon as he can find the time to come by to fix the roof.

Although, they were higher in price compare to others in HA, I hired them due to their good rating. However, the job that they told me needs 8 hours and 3 people, miraculously was completed in 2 hours. then during the job the owner came with excuses to charge me more for extra parts ~$300 while we agreed no surprises, Nevertheless, I went to check prices for the parts which was $7.80 in HomeDepot and he wanted to charge me $80, after I complain he agreed not to charge me the extra $300 but I don't even trust the job they did worth $1600. Try to get other quotes before making the decision.
