we were way over charged, double the rate of other roofers would charged, i found out the next day by another contractor after they finished the project, we are seniors and taken advanage of by all means.,i wasn't very happy about it.,but what can i do now.

There's a good reason why this contractor is top rated. Dave was on time and kept his promises. He was also very good about explaining the materials and techniques to be used to fix my roof and eliminate future water intrusion and dry rot of my trim boards, things the original contractor failed to do . As the work went along additional damage was found that needed more work and $$ than expected but he did a good job of showing me each new item found and the proper fix. Now I won't worry about my roof with the coming rains for many years to come. Yea!
