They do not remove screens for window cleaning. They just brush over the screen. They never told me this over the phone. Also customer service is very poor. The first date they were scheduled they never showed up. I called that afternoon and was told they did not have a record of my service. Waited another week for the next appt and they never showed up and never called. Finally on the third appt they arrived. Crew barely spoke English.

They did a great job on the gutters and cleaned up the ground where any debris fell. But they could do better in communicating the appointment day and time. I would use them again in the future.

There seemed to be a lot of confusion about what work was to be done even after I carefully explained the job to the person. I specifically asked them to repair my downspouts, which they didn't do. They just cleaned them. When I called back, they said the repair would require a second job, which I reluctantly approved. But the repair job was pretty shoddy overall and I wished I had done it myself. Two other issues I had were that they did not clean up the work site after they were done, leaving a garbage bag in our driveway. Also, none of the workers could speak English, at least well enough for me to tell them what I needed done.
