Ned Steven sent me a text, as promised, to notify me a crew was on the way to my residence to clean my gutters and clean the pinestraw from my roof. They arrived and did an EXCELLENT job, not just with the gutters and roof cleaning, but cleaned up the surrounding area after they had finished. What would have taken me 6-8 hours, they completed in 2 hours. The crew was friendly and they alerted me of current issues with my roofing and gutters. Overall, my first Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning Experience was AWESOME!!!

Although I could not get up on the roof to confirm the quality of the work, the company seems to do what they say they will do - and in a timely fashion! They alerted me of some other work that needed to be done on the roof, and are flexible with the payment options!

The process is a bit challenging in that you can’t schedule a date. It took them more than 4 weeks to get out to my home and multiple calls to get on the schedule. Once they were on-site, they did a great job.
