Arrived on time- did work efficiently. Did not leave written information on problems they found, but customer service was available and explained what the problems were and gave estimates regarding solving them. Nice that they are available 7 days a week.

I signed up because I was led to believe the service included gutter maintenance. Why would I pay $170 for some one to just clean my gutters.? Thats a lot of money, but if it included maintenance to ensure they are connected right, on right slope etc, then I can see value. This is purely a gutter cleaning service, anything else you want done is extra and very expensive. Also, they never fix anything on the spot. They leave a card that says we found a problems and you have to call someone to schedule them to come back if you want the problem fixed some time in the next two weeks. Why do not they just suggest a fix while they are the residence? This is terrible way of operating the business. Customer service on the telephone is professional and courteous. Plan on cancelling the service.

Very responsive. They advised us of damage to our gutters that we didn't already know. While we haven't yet had the repair work performed, we will use Ned Stevens for that.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
