Write a ReviewVery quick response to my inquiry and offered to either come out one-time, or to buy a package for multiple times per year. Scheduled with them and someone came out the next morning and cleaned our gutters while we were at work. Came home to nice clean gutters.
Contacted Ned Stevens to clean out the gutters on my home. They not only cleaned the gutters, but the driveway and back deck. They did more than required and fairly quickly. Definitely will use again.

Process was easy. I didn’t even need to be home for them to clean! And now with all the rain headed our way I’m not worried about rain pouring over the gutters.

Constant up-selling, produced a new problem after new problem, no way to talk directly to the professionals who completed the work.

When we perform work, we do a full clean flush and inspection of the system and report back to our customer our findings. We do this because customers want to know what is going on at their home. If you don't want us to report back anything, we won't.
On Tuesday, May 15, 2018, I spoke to a Ned Stevens's Gutter Cleaning representative. At that time, he told me that it would be several days before the Gutter Service Forman will come to my house. He also stated that no one has to be home for the service to be complete and the worker will leave a notice on my door that states the service was provided. On Wednesday, May 16, 2018, when I returned home from an errand, I found the Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning notice of service complete on my door. I then called Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning because on the announcement it had a mark on the box which states that if the box is marked to please call for details. I called and asked the representative to tell me what problem the Foreman found. He informed me that the Foreman found moss on my roof, and it could cause problems. Minutes later, my husband and I went back outside to look at the front of my house. The gutters on the front of the house are sagging, and when we stood in the front doorway, we noted that one nail is hanging loosely from the roof and the others are visible, too. Also, the Ned Stevens, representative informed me that the worker cleans up. That did not happen. I found mud on the front steps. Immediately after, I called Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning. The second representative told me to take pictures of my gutters and send them to him. And, the third representative said to me that someone would come out and inspect the service tomorrow. In closing, I feel that the Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning Company did not live up to the standard that the representative shared.

With the storm customers have been demanding us to get out to their homes ASAP to avoid water in their basements. We have been in business for over 50 years and guarantee all of our work which is why we had a crew out to your home the very next day to inspect and clean out any areas necessary. Our representative called out to you yesterday about this to follow up. Please call us at your nearest convenience.
I got a discount with a service plan for the year. They came the following day and got the job done.
