It took 2 weeks for them to get to me. After a week, I called and I was not on schedule. They came 1 week later. When workers arrived, they said they could not do the shop, only the house. They gave several reasons but I didn't understand any of them. They finally had their supervisor call me and he said because it was a metal roof and they were not allowed to walk on it. There was so much debris that they could not guarantee they could not do as good a job. We worked it out and they cleaned both house and shop. They did a good job but did not bag up debris as promised by the person I originally scheduled with.

The team was very pleasant to talk to. Did a really great job. Called to advise they were ahead of schedule and could they come early. I was very pleased with that also. I would recommend them anytime. Thanks.

They were supposed to come out Wednesday and never showed or called. We called them and said Friday, around noon on Friday I called to tell them no one came out and they said they would sent someone today. They left all the trash in the driveway. I called them and they said that?s industry standard. I?m not sure about that. It seems to be a larger company based out of NJ. Next time I will use individual that won?t make the process as difficult. I haven?t looked at the job they did yet.
