I was happy with the job and the plumber who did the work. My complaints were, I felt he should have had the parts on his truck. He had no problem going to get the parts, but it would have gone quicker if the parts were on site. I also thought the cost was very high for the repair, which was a simple job.

Good afternoon - Thank you for sending Don to perform service on my gas line! I am a Disabled Veteran and had trouble loosening a galvanized cap on my gas line. They wanted over $500 for less than an hour of work. When I said I was going to get another quote they dropped the price to $300. It was still way too much but I needed to get it done.
