They were prompt keeping appointments, very good at explaining the work that needed to be done and cleaned up well after themselves. I had some significant issues with backflow and they suggested "jetting" the pipes. That did rectify the situation (for now, as I've had this problem for years).

Problem: Leak in water pipe in circa 1958 home. I was able to schedule my repiping within a week of consulting with the plumbing projects manager Stephen McCann. A work crew of 3 showed up at my house promptly at 8:30 a.m. and worked straight through until nearly 6:00 pm. All the gentlemen were polite and completely professional. They divided up and went about their business in different sections of the house and got the job done! I went from having no water in the house for 3 weeks, to now having water! They will be back in 2 weeks to do a tub to shower conversion for me. (I had to special order the shower and it won't be in until the 19th, or that would have been done at the same time).
