Richard was the technician who came and he was very prompt (actually called and arranged to come early). He assessed the situation and gave me two options. He warned me about a problem and we decided to upgrade the work he would do. Within two-hours of arrival he had finished fixing the leak by making only a small opening in the sheetrock and replaced the closet shelf that he had to remove to repair the leak. I highly recommend Richard and Plumbing Today

I had posted a very negative review but after the plumbing manager went over my bill he noticed the gross errors and is removing the toilet that was installed and completely redoing the job with the proper toilet. He is also lowering my bill by 20% . I can't ask for better customer service than that!
