The man that came to look at my shower head was contending. I am female but I had a general contracting license an business. He took the head out of the package and proceeded to say it was an easy job. He did not listen to the fact that I had already figured it wasn't a simple job. His answer was to cut the pipe (and I told him that is what I wanted) or take out the closet behind the shower. Upon leaving he claimed he would locate a fitting for the cut and return my call. That never happened. Very unprofessional.

My wife had most of the dealing with Stephen and she says that he was awesome. Was more expensive than I expected but my expectations were from 10 years ago so they were a little off. Very pleased with his communication and explanations of new codes and why we were spending what we did. Would absolutely recommend this company.
