They responded quickly (next day install, although the tech was late) and did my water heater install professionally and to my satisfaction. However, the "one size all" price they quoted me for the install ($595) was outrageous, and I was about to send the technician away, but he "made a call" and agreed to do the job for $325. Still way too high for a 2 hour job in an open, accessible garage, IMHO. That's $160+/hr for basic plumbing/elec......

We needed them to connect a simple dryer hose , as my husband has had a stroke and was unable to do it. I was aware of $59.95 minimum - no problem - but we were charged $125.00 for a 10 minute job. This is way too costly. I feel this company took advantage of the situation. I could have understood $79 or $89, but plumber said he called his boss and he said to charge $125.00, as he had to use a tool - a screwdriver. Having just relocated to the area, we will be needing a plumber often. I would never use this company or recommend it.
