Recarding the Oct 24, 2017 visit: I will not be doing a favorable review on Cool Today/Plumbing Today for the following reasons. 1) The plumber immediately tried to sell expensive plumbing parts and service contracts (I did finally purchase the cheapest contract they offered as a means to get the plumber out of my house.). 2) The plumber did not replace the aerator filters to my master sink spigots as requested, nor did he provide a reason until I pressed for one (he then said that the spigot aerator were essentially irremovable). 3) The plumber did not replace the rusty round metal cover on the exposed shower pipe before installing the new shower head. 4) The plumber did not secure the tub faucet in my daughter's bathroom: it actually moves when she turns on the shower. I felt that the plumbing visit today was expensive, and I was not 100% happy with the service. Lastly, upon reviewing the 'service contract, I realized that I should not have purchased it. As a professional businesswoman, I cannot recommend this company based on their 10/24/17 visit to my home and the plumber's sub-standard skills.

The staff was just great. Called me right back to finalize the scheduling of my appointment and even moved it up a day to accommodate me. The toilet purchased and installed was $599.00 after a $50.00 discount. Not sure what the going rates are for a standard toilet installed.
