Had some floor tile starting to tent and wanted to make sure not due to water leakage. Eric ran some tests & removed several tiles to prove water not involved; and did not charge for the visit.

Most polite and concerned regarding customer satisfaction. Clean, neat, punctual, Like a automotive dealership pricing is determined by the menu method i.e. all muffler replacements are $75 regardless of age or shape of existing system. I think many trade companies are going in this direction. In certain instances pricing may seem cheap, expensive, or right on target.

Jose and David were very professional, resourceful, and personable. The sink hookup wasn't a simple , straightforward process, but they thought their way through it, and got the result we were hoping for. We will definitely hire Plumbing Today in the future.

This company gave me a ridiculous price to replace toilet turn off valve, did no work, overcharged me for service run, was quoted at $59 but charged me $93.40. When invoice came to my email there was no detail (e.g., labor, service run, parts. I called the next day with complaint, over a week later with no response. DO NOT USE THIS CO!!

Plumbing Today took care of our water heater difficulties. We had a small problem after the installation with the circuit breaker of the water heater not rated high enough to handle the power requirements of the water heater but Plumbing Today returned and installed a new circuit breaker at no cost to me.
