I had an amazing overall experience with Bay Crawlspace they stand behind their work ensure the job gets done correctly and even after everything is complete they will let you come down and check it with them they even walk around your house to make sure everything is perfect! Bay Crawl Space are true professionals. Every phone call, every email, every interaction with crew leader, office staff and advisor was 100% professional. At no point did I wonder if we contracted the wrong company. They are CLEARLY knowledgeable about their work. We had a lot wrong with our crawlspace and our home is now so much more comfortable and healthy since Bay Crawl Space performed the following: installed - French drain/sump pump system, 2 crawl jack systems to repair failing piers and encapsulation with a rock-solid dehumidifier as well as fungal removal treatment. Our 50+ year old crawlspace is now humidity controlled and the damp, mustiness is all but disappeared inside our 1-story home. It ain't cheap...not gonna lie. But, you're paying humans to spend several days in a not-so-pleasant environment to make your home and quality of life better. And it's worth it. The value is in their reputation, work and product. I will gladly recommend Bay Crawl Space to anyone. Living in Hampton Roads, so close to the water, I have to believe crawlspace issues are more frequent then some may realize. We live in Chesapeake and our house is on a crawl space. If you know anything about Chesapeake, itâ s a swamp. There was water just sitting under our home and over time this will create major issues. No one wants to fork out money on something they canâ t even see; however, this is a necessity and an investment. Bay Crawlspace had the most competitive pricing and they were able to guide us on what they recommended. They went through all the options from the most expensive to the least and explained the purpose of each. We went with the middle option which included clean out, grading, liner ground coverage, taped seams, and staked seams along with a custom French drain and a sump pump system. We have had rain several time and itâ s absolutely amazing how dry it is now under the house! The work they did was fantastic. The took their time and got it right! The employees were very friendly and respectful as well. We are very very happy with service provided and would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in need of crawl space work.

Full encapsulation, French drainage, dehumidifier, subfloor/beam/joist repair, and clear out just 1.5 years ago. We were under the impression that their work was completed and trusted their word. Upon inspection to sell, various errors were discovered that the company was unsupportive in correcting. We entrusted this company to complete a job correctly and they fell short on delivery with little to no follow-through. Always verify, folks! RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!
