My husband and I recently hired Bay Crawl Space and Foundation Repair and we were very pleased with the company and the work they did. The men were professional and courteous from the time Lenny came out to inspect and give us an estimate, toTroy and Tyler the service crew, and Nathan who did the final inspection. The men arrived on time, informed us what they would be doing, answered any questions we had and when the job was done the clean-up was superb. I must commend the office staff also. Very polite and courteous when they contacted me. All in all, a job well done and I highly recommend Bay Crawl Space and Foundation Repair Company.

I researched several companies before choosing Bay Crawl & Foundation repair. Outstanding people to work with, very professional and courteous. Mike Roland did inspection and recommendations, Alex did a great clean out removing moisture insulation, Mike and the production crew showed up on time, did very good job, attention to details and very professional. Mikki in the office always let you know what your schedule was, call and email, the communication was what you wished all contractors would do. And after Troy came out to finalize and inspect and sweep the crawl. Great service, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Bay Crawl for all your foundation needs. We have a lot of moisture in North Carolina and critters under everyoneâ s homes. Not anymore, thanks to Bay Crawl. We had Bay come out and assess what I thought was foundation issues. Turns out it was moisture issues, with the underside of the house was totally saturated. Fred G. came out and showed us several solutions and was so helpful in this process. When he left that evening, we felt very confident and comfortable with the encapsulation plan for the crawl space. The following week ( week of 7-20-21) the crew , consisting of Eric, Travis and Derrick showed up as scheduled and performed the work in a professional and timely manner. They cleaned up each day and were absolutely professional in their manners and work. After talking to several other people we know, we realized even more what a good price we received and the customer service, from the engineer, the scheduling manager to the work crew itself , everyone was awesome!! I highly recommend thus company and in addition to all that mentioned previously , another great aspect is that the money spent, stayed in the community, rather than in the pool of some nationwide franchise. The opportunity to work with Bay Crawl Space & Foundation Repair has been one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor in a very long time. From the set up of the sales call and the visit by the sales rep Michael to the prep work done by Seth and Alex, the installation crew Art, Rad and Herman and the punch list items done by Matthew â each and every contact has been professional and courteous. The crews were always on time â if not early â and met with me before beginning any work to make sure I understood what they were going to do and answer any questions. I would have no reservation recommending this company to anyone. At Bay Crawl Space, customers come first and quality is Job One.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. From the time Lenny came to provide the estimate to Bradley and Aaron doing the actual repairs underneath my home. All were professional, friendly and answered any questions that I had. The office staff are amazing as well they worked around my schedule to get the work done. After getting several quotes I chose Bay for their pricing and their honesty. Would definitely recommend the company if you are thinking about foundation repairs.

There was now category for it, but Bay added in some extra supports, into my crawl space. Bradley and Aarron came out and ran some additional supports in my crawl space. My floor has a lot less bounce to it now. Both guys were very professional and knocked out the job in a few hours.

Seth and Alex performed annual maintenance on the crawl space dehumidifier and associated condensate pump. This system was installed by Bay Crawl Space & foundation in 2017. As has been since the installation and the follow on annual service visits Seth and Alex performed professionally, were on time, courteous and responsive to my questions. Great company, great job!

I just had my crawl space encapsulated by Bay Crawl Space and Foundation Repair. Art Foreman and his co workers were extremely polite and professional. They completed the job on time. I highly recommend Bay Crawl Space and Foundation Repair.

We hired this company to initially replace a dehumidifier, but after a thorough inspection and explanation of options of available services and benefits, decided to get our crawlspace encapsulated also. The initial work was done by Art (foreman,) Rod, Jermaine and Sean. The work was done professionally and in a timely manner. They answered any questions we had about the process quickly, were punctual, and left the work area cleared of debris. The company performed a final inspection and a couple of issues discovered were corrected promptly by Seth and Troy. Since the final work was performed, weâ ve had no issues with the equipment or the encapsulation. Overall we were pleased with the service and would not hesitate to recommend their services to others.
