BAY Crawl Space & Foundation Repair

I purchased a dehumidifier from Bay last year. Matt and James came out and did my service on the dehumidifier and filter, they also replaced the batteries in the hydrometer. Great guys and very thorough. Highly recommended for crawlspace moisture removal.

Very friendly and willing to work with you and get you all the answers even on their off time.

I had a small puddle under my 2 year old Dehumifier installed by Bay Crawlspace so I called them to have it looked at. THey sent Seth out who quickly corrected the level problem on the unit (probably settling). I wish all service companies were as efficient, responsible (there was no charge for the service call) and had employees as polite, respectful and efficient as Seth L at Bay.

Had my crawlspace encapsulated 2+ yrs ago and couldn't be happier. I had NIck and James come out a few days ago to take a look due to some work that required personnel and movement of equipment in and around the crawlspace. I am never disappointed. They made sure everything was intact and operating as designed. You can not go wrong with this company.

Bay came out and corrected the work that another company had started for me. Their employees are top notch. I know another company advertises that they are number 1 but I can tell you Bay is the real number 1.

Seth Lillenthal told us it was pretty normal for the water to overflow the outside trap and checked under the house to see if all was okay there and was. He acted professional and releaved the frustration of the overflow of the water.

During my annual inspection, Field Manager Seth Lilienthal determined pooling water in my crawl space was the result of the natural reaction of our continuing heat wave mixing with the coolness of my air conditioning ducts. Since I am not physically able to move freely throughout my crawl space, Seth spent well over one hour inspecting all of my ductwork and determined that a simple solution would solve my problem. I recently had other work underneath my house, but was not offered any explanation for this pooling water by other contractors. Taking the time to put in the extra effort sets Seth and Bay Crawl Space apart from the others. I definitely recommend Bay Crawl Space. They are knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. Their free inspections are thorough, and explanations of why my homeâ s condition exists helped me make good decisions. Two years ago, we needed to have our crawlspace encapsulated due to excessive moisture and mold. Bay Crawlspace installed a French drain and a dehumidifying system along with the encapsulation, and we have not had a problem since!. They did the work quickly, their people were friendly and professional, and their follow-up service and maintenance are well worth the money to ensure it works for the next 30 years (Seth Lilienthal came out today and was quick, friendly, and thorough!). We are very pleased with the quality of their work and would would definitely recommend their services!

Matt and Floyd did an outstanding job today doing the scheduled foundation maintenance in my crawl space at the house we are renting in Portsmouth, VA They were prompt, efficient and they knew their stuff.
