BAY Crawl Space & Foundation Repair

Matt & James came out to perform my annual crawlspace inspection and service my 2 dehumidifiers last week. Once again, they went above and beyond my expectations. I asked if they could check out an area under one of my bathrooms for possible water problem and they did without hesitation. Long story short, there was a previous issue that was resolved and he was able to see and let me know of no further issue. That was greatly appreciated!! He outlined the minor repairs he made to the encapsulation, replaced one of the monitoring devices as it had failed, checked out the sump pump for proper operation, and checked and cleaned the drain field for the sump pump. Both dehumidifiers were serviced and there was a problem with one of the new filters. They told me about the issue, returned to their facility and were back in 40 minutes to resolve issue. They did increase the inspection price a bit much in one year, but their service continues to be excellent from the office to the techs. I highly recommend this company!!

The staff is friendly and strives to keep you informed about the process Michael Scott and Gary worked diligently to complete the project we appreciate they're hard work and we were very happy with the finished product .

Matt and James were incredibly professional. They worked in 98 degrees and were very kind and polite. They installed 3 jacks and it looks great. Matt took the time to explain to me, after working in this heat, what to expect, all with a smile and professionalism! My wife and I found ourselves in a tough spot with a new build where the weight of the kitchen island was not really taken into account when the foundation was planned. What we discovered was that we needed some experts, and we called all of them. I think my wife got five estimates ranging from $5500 to $18000. We ended up talking to Scott and he walked us through a lot of different options. On the day the work was done, Troy and Tyler arrived on time, giving us estimates via text as they got closer to our location. Troy introduced himself and Tyler, and then walked me through the work they were doing and what was involved. Once the work was complete Troy and Tyler made sure everything in my garage was as they found it, to include sweeping up all the debris and ensuring the area in the driveway they had worked was clean before they finished. Scott came out to ensure everything was as we expected and then he and Troy came inside and showed me pictures of the work accomplished and walked me through the technical aspects and answered all of the questions I had. When we learned we had a major problem in our crawlspace with mold in our crawl space. We took a couple of estimates and decided on a local company, Bay Crawlspace. We choose a complete encapsulation, with a heavy lining and a dehumidifier. Their price was very reasonable and one third that of the company with the high estimate. Not only did they do an excellent job, but their people are also friendly, courteous, and professional and most important, on time. Kudos to Eric, Troy, Shawn, Matt and Jame for terrific work, as well as the electrical contractor. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend Bay Crawlspace.

Bay repaired some structural damage, installed a french drain, and encapsulated our crawl space. Of all the companies that prepared estimates for us, Fred presented us with the most comprehensive and affordable option to address both our short term and long term needs. The foreman Art was amazing! He took the time to explain everything they were doing, answered all questions, addressed all concerns and his team did an excellent job. We just has our first termite inspection since they did the work and the tech told us it was "beautiful" and he could not even find a spider web. Our kitchen floor no longer creeks, we no longer have standing water under our home, and the humidity levels have been consistently on the low end of normal. We are very pleased and highly recommend Bay Crawlspace.
