BAY Crawl Space & Foundation Repair

I originally had BAY come in when I bought my home in 2019 to perform an evaluation of my crawl space as I knew it needed some work. I got quotes from the big three in my area (JES,VFS,BAY) and found the Bay evaluation, proposal and cost to be the best balance of what I needed. They worked with me to form a plan, which ended up being a partial encapsulation, fungal treatment, leveling, dehumidifier with pump, a 12 mil vaper barrier and sealing around the foundation for my home. The install team of Austin, Matt, Misa and Troy were great along with Beau who did the evaluation. Now, they did have some minor issues to correct, but this was done promptly, without question and very quickly. I've since had them back to do regular checks and it has been Seth and Troy who have recently been under my home. Troy has now become very familiar with what I prefer and has worked hard to make it happen correctly. From the front office staff to the QA provided by their production manager I've been very pleased with the value, quality and customer service. As more things need to be done in my crawl space I will continue to return to them.

The company's been great with communication and clarity. Today, Michael Mohr of their concrete/masonry division, came out to cut a hole in the brick of the house for the install of a crawl space entry door. He was professional, direct, and swift with his work. He left no mess and the cut job was clean. I'd definitely recommend his/their work.

I had a positive experience with Bay Crawlspace. Everyone was very polite including the person who answered the phone, the sales rep, and the three installers, Bradley, Troy, and Nate. I was dreading getting the work done, but everyone was able to answer any questions that I had. At the end of one days work, my doors are now able to close fully, and the small cracks in my walls were pushed back together like a puzzle. The work was not at all intrusive as my family was able to go about their normal routines as the work was being carried out. I would definitely recommend Bay Crawlspace.

The points on my 33 year old chimney needed masonry reset. On the day of the project, Lenwood and Gary showed up on time. The service was phenomenal with pictures before/after the repair sent to me. The project was completed after a day and a half, and cleanup was very well done. Lenny advised me to please call back if there were any issues. This company is top notch and highly recommended!

Bay crawlspace encapsulated my crawlspace and installed a French drain, pump, and dehumidifier. The crawlspace is 2,500 square feet and the project was completed as scheduled in about 5 days. The end- result is exactly as they said it would be. It is clean, well lit, and dry. I was very pleased with the crew assigned â  Eric, Aaron, Shawn, and Floyd. They arrived promptly at 8:15 each morning and worked hard all day to get the job completed. They were very personable, kept me informed of the jobâ  s progress, and answered all my questions. After the project was completed a production manager inspected the work, and after 10 days sent a technician out to address some minor concerns and questions I had. I really appreciate Bayâ  s follow-up in this regard. I also want to commend the office staff, all of whom were very professional and accommodating.

Bay Crawlspace was one of 6 quotes to identify and fix the issue of water rising up from the ground into our crawlspace. We were very impressed with Lenny our sales rep right from the start. Bay was able to start nearly a month earlier than anticipated the team was on time... they worked hard and quickly. Each day they cleaned up all the work they preformed that day. The entire project took 3 days as they said. Each day we were given a wrap of the days work, and next steps. Each team member Rad, Jermaine and the foreman Art were so very professional and knowledgeable. I had read reviews on several different platforms before choosing to even call for a quote and I will tell you, they seem to be right on point. My wife and I are both very satisfied with the quality of work that Bay Crawl Space performed on our home. The crawl space was cleaned, incapsulated, and a dehumidifier and drain system were installed. The staff was professional, on time, kept us advised of their work progress and cleaned up daily. In preparation for house renovation, we hired Bay Crawlspace to handle issues under the house and settling on the exterior. Lennie conducted our inspection and we found him to be informative and realistic with our issues. He made practical suggestions for the work needed. When the day arrived for our work to begin, we met our crew, Stefan, Floyd and Adian. They were cordial young men and were obviously interested in completing our job professionally. Stefan, as foreman, identified a possible problem upon surveying the property. He worked with Lennie to alleviate the issue and work commenced. The work was completed in the time designated and we were kept advised on the progress of the work regularly. Our questions were answered quickly and the procedures were explained well, as curiosity did get the better of us.
