Bay Crawlspace did a fantastic job on our Crawlspace encapsulation. From start to finish we knew exactly what was going on in the process. Beau gave a great overview of the process, the company and the expectations and Rad, Alex, Chris and Gary delivered (and surpassed) those expectations! This project was for an encapsulation. I cannot stress enough how fantastic this group was to work with. They were professional, punctual, and the job is superb. They took pictures along the way to show me the progress and they always contacted me with updates.

After several estimates we contracted with Bay. Michael Rowlands did a through evaluation. Stefan was the crew leader along with Art, Shawn and Floyd made a great team and the work was done in an efficient, timely and an professional way. We highly recommend Bay for your foundation needs.

He did the inspection and recommendations. Michelle, the Production Manager was great in her communication and was able to answer any questions I had along the way. Josh and team did a wonderful job removing all the old insulation. Adian and his crew (Aaron and Darrick) showed up on time, did an outstanding job! Such attention to detail and very professional! The service with Bay Crawl Space and Foundation Repair was a very easy process. The salesman, Lenny, was upfront and he recommended to me the services that I needed and didn't need as well so that I won't spend unnecessary money for something that is not needed. The quote that was given to me was a nice good value for the work that was being conducted. It was better than the other quotes I received for the same amount of work from other companies. The guys were very professional, courteous, on time, and kept me in the loop as far as everything that was going on. Every time I called the office or the sell person with question they responded quickly and if they needed more info or had questions about anything, they gave me a call. From the initial evaluation, throughout the installation, everyone we dealt with at Bay Crawl Space was fantastic. Each year we have our dehumidifier serviced each year. This year we learned so much about our system that we did not know thanks to Matt and Josh! Even though we have had the service before they thoroughly explained what they were doing and how the system operated! We have always had a pleasant experience with Bay Crawl Space however, Matt and Josh went above and beyond and we appreciate their dedication to the job. In March 2021, I had Bay install encapsulation, a drainage system, and support/lifting jacks in my crawlspace. Every associate I dealt with was very friendly and professional, from the administration Sarah, the advisor Mike Rowland, to the whole team of installers. The quality of their work was impressive and I doubt it can be matched. They showed me pictures of the completed project and they exceeded my expectations. Fast forward to today, I had Bay return to provide my one free jack adjustment to accommodate my flooring installers who recommended I level the floor more. Bay's team of Troy and Nate called before their arrival and were punctual. I knew the type of service I was going to receive and was not disappointed. The service truly feels like you're having your friend come do work for you. Troy made a recommendation for an additional jack that I was happy to accept because of the level of trust I have for the Bay associates. I was happy to be Troy's 1st sell! I look forward to working with Bay again here soon for the installation of the new jack and any future crawlspace needs. It's nice to have peace after having work performed on your home and I rest easy with Bay. Keep up the great work!
