BAY Crawl Space & Foundation Repair

Troy and Nate were recently out to do work under our home and they were punctual, polite, professional, and friendly. Upon arrival they introduced themselves and articulated clearly what work they were about to do. Also at that time they inquired if I had any questions. Upon their timely completion of the work they asked again if I had any questions before they left. We would not hesitate to have them do work for us again!

I had my crawl space encapsulated and a dehumidifier installed. I cannot be happier with the work that was done and with the crew that performed this work. It has been over a year ago and I called for a yearly inspection to see how things were working. Troy and Aswan arrived when they were scheduled and took plenty of time inspecting my crawlspace and dehumidifier. These two men were very courteous and went over everything they did during their inspection. They even sweep out a bit of dirt and at the entrance to the crawlspace as they were leaving. This had apparently been left from a previous visit from a pest control visit. A very nice thing to do when it could have just been left as they had found it. I recommend this company based upon my experiences with them.
