Spoke to Chris mid morning, his son Nick was there by midafternoon, checked out my problem, gave me two fix options, both with what I considered good pricing. I decided on full replacement, as my unit had old heat exchanger (27 years) and AC unit was approaching 11 years. Nick said crew would be here next day by about 8:30am and that it should take about 4 hours to complete. The crew showed up at 8:30 and the installation was done and they pulled away in the truck at 12:30. Installation appears professional, crew very cordial and cleanup was great. Unit is running great and couldn't be happier. Thank you Chris, Nick and crew for what you did for us!

They showed up promptly to access the problem and jumped right on the problem and ended up having to replace the whole system and they didn't quit til they repaired the damper system as well. Our HVAC has never worked so good! They could however work on keeping me informed of their arrival times. I had to call them each day they were expected to get an ETA.

Chris replaced our gas logs. I sent him a message over the weekend, and he had the work finished Tuesday. He did a fantastic job and was very reasonable. We'll definitely call him for our next project.

I got concerned about a power outage during the winter storm. I could not get my gas logs to light on Saturday with the storm set to come through that night and Sunday. I got a quick response from them, they got put to my house that day, I was concerned that I would not be able to get anyone on such short notice. They solved the problem quickly and they were kind. I will use them again for routine maintenance.
