First of all, Chris Foster was an hour an a half late owing to an " emergency ". He was here for my seasonal furnace maintenance and all he did was make a visual inspection of the furnace, that's it. I am a transplant from a snowy state and yearly furnace maintenance is a must. Mr Foster talks the talk but I most heartily do not believe that just looking inside and outside of the furnace is a maintenance inspection. Surely the furnace has to be turned on and running to make an accurate assessment as to its proper functioning. He didn't even have any paper work detailing his "visual" inspection and consequently I don't have proof of this so-called inspection. I have, as of this writing, contacted him four times to request a detailed summary of his inspection. My first three attempts failed while my fourth and final attempt at contact was successful - his excuse being that he had damaged his phone. I still have not received a receipt of any kind.

Great customer service. I found Chris on homeadvisor.com. He had someone out to service my ac within an hour. An hour later I had cold air again. Very reasonably priced,and the worker was very friendly and answered all my questions and even gave me some tips.I will call Chris next time I have AC issues.

I hired Chris for my daughter after just recently experiencing HVAC issues with my own home and dealing with HVAC contractors in my home town. Chris was a breath of fresh air. He didn't charge anything for the initial evaluation. He discovered one definite issue and a second probable issue. He corrected the first issue and then informed my daughter there was no second problem. I've dealt with a lot of high cost disreputable HVAC contractors that still would have reported the second "problem" and charged for is. Us homeowners don't know - if we knew HVAC we would fix it ourselves. Chris did not do this. He was honest and his pricing for the problem he did find and correct was fair. I only wish he serviced the Columbia SC area too so I could use him at my home.

Overall it was a great experience and he was very knowledgeable about the issue I had. We had a minor scheduling issues in the beginning but was able to reschedule for the very next day. Even though I had to go to class he came back and fix my AC without any problems. I will most definitely recommend him to anyone.
