Chris is a great person and from what I can tell after reviewing his work did a great job in installing a new AC and Heater on my property. Very response on the front end of things and very fairly priced.

I have used Chris Foster 3 times in the last year and a half. Once, at a rental property, the advice was to completely replace a furnace with a new one. It only needed a freon charge as the unit is not old. The technician did not come prepared with dye to find and seal the leak. As a result, the leak was not repaired and needed filling again within a year and a half. This time I nearly did not hire them, but needed the work done. The technician convinced me they were sorry for the previous issue and wanted an opportunity to make it right. I was quoted 375.00 for a board replacement tube sealer, which is expensive but I needed it done. When the work was completed the next day, I was requested to pay 475.00. Unlikely to use Chris Foster again based on attempted gouging!

Chris and his employees are very friendly and do exceptional work. If possible, try to schedule necessary work away from seasonal peaks - they do get very busy with lots of calls then.

Fast response, no nonsense, no hard sell, just "here is the problem, here it the recommended fix". The cost to replace my furnace was very competitive and the installation was fast and professional. I will definitely use them for annual checkups and maintenance. Highly recommend.
