Seemed very professional in the beginning. Ad promoted no charge to come and look at AC and that they would provide you with a quote. Young man was very nice and cleaned the AC could without giving me a price, which was $150. The. He proceed to tell me that my AC would run much better but that I need to examine getting a new unit. He proceeded to wife me a quote, but still have nothing in writing. Since his visit, my Compressor on the unit which was working fine is now giving me issues and I have had to hire someone else to comb the coils out, which was never presented as a solution and/or option with this company. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Customer was informed about the compressor noise prior to cleaning as well as afterwards. The unit is very old and very poorly maintained and is not in very good condition at time of service. The fact that the compressor is now giving trouble some 3 weeks latter isn't surprising because we made the customer aware of coming issues while we were there. I'm sorry you do not feel that you were given more information but there isn't much else we can say except the unit is old and that we were trying to give you as much notice to that as we could

He examined my airconditioner, and about 15 minutes into the examination, stated that he had bad news - that I needed a new unit to the tune of $4,400. I arranged for him to come to my house the next morning at 7:30 (his preference) to install a new unit; I told him that I wanted to get a second opinion and I did. Turns out that it was just the circuit breaker that had gone off. So I found this out with a second opinion, thank goodness.

Thank you for your review, yes the initial diagnosis was a bad compressor. We are human and yes we are capable of mistakes. As I told you on the phone I'm certainly glad that the breaker issue was found prior to and that I was happy it had gotten resolved. Constructive criticism is always helpful and we will certainly use this opportunity to learn from.

This company is amazing. I called on a Friday and he was here bright and early Saturday morning. The repair was finished within a matter of minuits and the price was unbeatable. Highly recommended for Any AC needs!!!

The two young men we're skilled and let me know what and why they we're doing with the units. My only concerns: they we're late and didn't call to inform me and when they washed their hands after completion they left the hose running. Minor stuff in the long run. They gave me wise advise about buying a new unit in the future. Pleasant workers.
