Reviews
Write a ReviewI returned home @ 9pm on Sunday night after a week away to no air-conditioning. I called at 10pm and was shocked when he phone was answered. Chris was able to fit me into the next days schedule. This was over the 4th of July weekend. Tanner came out as scheduled and fixed the problem in less than an hour. They are very professional and personal. I highly recommend them!
Kept informed until arrival. Personable and professional. It was hot and Chris got me back up and running in less than an hour. Very knowledgeable and gave me great recommendations if ever I need a new A/C Unit.
Problem with HVAC was misdiagnosed. He stated that unit was struck by lightning and I needed new one. Home owners adjztdrs were called in to evaluate and determined that a power surge had damaged capacitor and wiring. Had them fix for $271.00 after having g to go ni days without AC.
Chris is very knowledgeable. I call him and he fix the problem on the same day. I did a very good job.
Chris called immediately after I posted my request. Dispatched Tanner who diagnosed and solved the problem at a reasonable price and very quickly.
Chris was great. Very personable and friendly. Will definitely use him again in the future.
PROBLEM: Drain was overflowing and water running back into hallway. Expected it to be some delay for my appointment because busy time of the year (June 2017). But after he finally came, and Freon was added and told that was the solution. Problem persisted. called him back and as of 2 days later has not shown up with no update as to when will be back. Have since had someone else finish what was not done : drain pipe flushed and cleaned out.
They showed up on time, analyzed the problem, and fixed it quickly and inexpensivly.
After looking at a lot of these reviews, I would say that when he's good, he's very very good; when he's bad, you can expect a terrible, awful, no good, very bad day. Fortunately, I got a good day. On 6-16-17 I discovered that my A/C had stopped working in late afternoon. Sixty minutes later, the capacitor had been replaced and technicians left with my check for $225. I was astonished to receive immediate attention on a very hot day, and delighted that the problem was readily diagnosed and easily repaired. On that basis, I plan in future to call Chris Foster first. I also will make sure I ask for a receipt! If requested service turns into a Project, I most likely will get a second opinion. As good as the emergency response is, other reviews suggest that more complicated challenges may be met less successfully.
