I honestly couldn't be happier with my new driveway! From start to finish Mark was courteous, professional and always on hand to answer questions or make adjustments. Santiago, Omar and the crew were respectful, hardworking (good Lord they put in long days to finish on time) and above all craftsmen of the highest order. The old blacktop looked awful but now the side of my house is transformed. The fee was the fee, no hidden extras and they regularly kept me informed on progress. Then, the final icing on the cake, their clean up game was outstanding. The place is immaculate. I even saw one of the lads using a leaf blower to clean any dust off all the cars on our street! I had a really great experience with Mark and Eminent Construction. From our first meeting, I was very impressed with the superior communication and professionalism. Our project involved replacing our concrete driveway and brickwork stairway with a paver system in the front of our house. Mark took the time to explain in detail the process he planned to use and mentioned that the quality of his materials was above the standards that were required. His bid was competitive and detailed everything we had discussed in writing. when we accepted his bid written contracts followed almost immediately via DocuSign with every detail laid out as discussed. When construction began I was even more impressed with the methodology that Mark and his team used all of the workmen were experienced and motivated and he had the support of the right equipment at the right time all spelled out by the contract. I'm extremely pleased with the results and couldn't have asked for a smoother execution and will use Mark again in future projects.

Very professional company. The owner bids the job. No salesmen to pay. Lowest of four bids. On my small project, he used an 8-man crew. They had my driveway demoed and removed the first day and completely finished the second day. I had other companies quote anywhere from 4 days to 2 weeks to finish the job. After the job was finished, I noticed a defect in one paver. He came back promptly and made it right. I give this company my highest possible recommendation.
