Write a ReviewGreg Adamson did an AMAZING job! I am so impressed! He went above and beyond! No one can even tell that there was work done at all. Thank you so much Greg! Tipping Hat has really done a wonderful job at my house.
I had an appointment set and days before they called to say they had overbooked. I changed the time and day to accommodate. When the time and day came for my appointment, no call-no show. I called their office and was never offered an explanation, just offered again to reschedule many days later. When the tech finally did show up, they would not tune-up or clean my furnace, just said it needed to be replaced. Really, without even running it, looking at the heat exchanger, testing for CO, just a visual inspection. What a joke... NEVER use these people!!!!!
Very professional and went the extra mile.
Serviceman was very professional and fast. I wasn t expecting same day service and he got here and got the work done for me right away.
Great to work with, fair price, easy to schedule. I would recommend.
.
Great service! They responded quickly and answered all my questions.
Technician was very helpful!
Very prompt and professional.
I hired this company in January 20th to replace a collapsed main sewer line. These are the issues I had: - Had to repeatedly remind service people every time they came over (5-6 times) to cover the carpet so dirt & sewage was not tracked on it. To no avail, carpet was a mess and had to have it cleaned or replaced - Left work unfinished connecting laundry room sink to sewer line and had to ask repeatedly to come back and connect it - took about 2 weeks - Service men continually had to stop work and go get more equipment because they did not seem to carry the right tools. - The work was extensive and expensive so had to finance. They offered financing so decided to go that route (2 years no interest). Would not let me read or provide me the terms & conditions of the agreement before signing. Was unable to give them to me afterwards. Had to call Wells Fargo to get them and once I read them, I refused them. Went back to Tipping Hat for other options on financing. - Decided on Synchrony (aka GE financing). It has been 4+ months to try and square away the financing and it is STILL NOT Resolved. We have had 12-15 different conversations on this. Most of the time it has be hashing over the same issues without resolution. - Ken at Tipping Hat is unable to understand my questions, concerns or even understand the terms of the agreement he is signing his customers up for yet insists he has to be the middle man between me and the bank - everything gets lost in translation or has to be repeated. Even after the numerous calls it is clear he does not understand the legality of Ts & Cs yet insists on being the person. - He continually tries to make me feel like I should not read the terms because others don't read them, and I am the "only one" who does. I feel I have been patient with this company and have tried to work with them and be flexible but 4+ months is more than enough time to square away financial issues. Had I known it would have been this difficult I would have hired a different company.
