The technician came out and provided an estimate for the work, and needed to come back another day to complete the project. He came back the next day to complete the work, even though it was a Saturday. The work was done very quickly, and when he left, the area where the work was done was cleaner than before he arrived.
They were scheduled between 11-1 and showed up after 3. They called to say they were running late but they didn't specify how late.
My experience may have been one off, but when I asked for a copy of the sewer scope, the technician told me they'd e-mail it to me. He was very rushed and the contract he gave me had all kinds of spelling errors. I never received the video so I called the office the following week. I was told that they'd get it for me and I still never got it. I called again the following week, at which point I was told it'd be impossible to e-mail to me because of the size of the file. So they sent the same tech out again to re-do the scope and this time, get me a copy of the video on a USB thumb drive. Two points to take away: 1. The company clearly believes in great customer service if they were willing to send the tech out again to right what was wrong 2. Some of the their techs might not be completely honest
Customer service is excellent and work looks great but not yet complete as of this date.
The service technicians were hardworking and aimed to please.
They were on time and pleasant
expensive
Appointment had to be rescheduled twice, first because prior job took longer than expected; second because tech had family issues. Am pleased my job is finally complete.
