if you hire tipping hat, plan for sever inconveniences in scheduling, lack of coordination between subcontractors, and significant hassle from customer service. The project that they quoted me 4 days for wasn't completed for over a month and a half.

Tipping Hat is the best! They installed a complicated shower plumbing rough-in and installed a large custom REDI-Tile shower pan within a 7 hour period, truly remarkable. Tipping Hat customer service was also first quality; - Jessica contacted me several times to ensure appointment was fully coordinated and scheduled, awesome follow-up. - Keith was by far the best estimator/supervisor I had during my contractor searches. - The installers Dan and Justin arrived on-time and performed admirably. They ensured all customer concerns and questions were addressed and made sure the job was totally complete and customer was happy prior to their final completion of the job, AWESOME! I would recommend Tipping Hat to anyone! They have a great deal of integrity, awesome customer support, and their work ethics are a true value for the work performed! Gave me a price ahead of work, told him it sounded very high! he told me how hard it was to do and how tough of a job it was! l trusted him and Home Advisors, he was hear less than 2hrs. And less than $50.00 in parts and charged me $1660.00 a complete con job! Very unhappy!!

They work quick

The only complaint that I have is that they don't always keep me informed on time & date of service.

Tipping hat is awesome! I hired them for a rather difficult bathtub replacement and they performed the work quickly and efficiently. Everyone from the office staff to the service pros were pleasant and professional. I am very glad I hired them for this project. The work was done correctly, quickly, and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend these guys.

I had them come out for a service call, and found out that the stem was shot on the faucet. The work would entail replacing the faucet. I was a little more than surprised that just the labor to install the faucet was priced at over $500! That is almost $1000/per hour of work. (I put the last one in myself and it took about 30 minutes, start to finish). I could not afford such an extremely high (and unjustified) pricing, so will fix it myself. Nick was extremely polite, professional and helpful, but at the end of the day, a leaky faucet was going to cost over $700 to replace and repair? Nope.

Awesome! Highly recommend these guys.
