Reviews
Write a ReviewExcellent and prompt response. The plumber Brian was prompt, professional and very experienced. Brian presented options and was not high pressured. Very please with the service call today.
They were very expensive for the time they spent here. Do not like paying 375 an hour for a plumber. They were on time and pleasant. Skill levels and training do not command a fee like that, was shocked.
Quick, and easy
Hired Tipping Hat for a plumbing inspection on my water main and hot water heater. Brian Colasuonno was knowledgable, professional, and straightforward about my options. A special shout-out for when Brian gave me a tip for a simple repair I could do myself. Thanks Brian!
the plumber from Tipping Hat came to my house within 1 hour of requesting service (excellent); however, he wasn't able to locate the source of the leak, which I did myself after he left. The next day I requested he come back to repair the leak, which he accomplished expertly
The work they did was A+ and the gentleman was very courteous, but the appointment was for 9:00 a.m. and they did not show up until 12:30. Every time I called to see how much longer, I was told they would be there in 15 minutes.
Like other companies Tipping Hat has a set price no matter how long it takes the technician to do the job. They arrived on time, very nice and completed the job quickly.
We didn't know who to call to fix our AC when it went out on a hot summer day, so we went through various flyers from one of those envelopes with various ads. We picked a couple and Tipping Hat were the only people who could come out that day. Their supervisor, Adian came out and looked it over and said it would be best to be replaced, as it was already 15 years old. We had already had a furnace that was off and on during the winter and needed to be replaced too. We had gotten a way over the top estimate on replacing the furnace and we're hoping to hold off. Adian gave us 4 options and prices on replacing the AC and we settled on one that suited our budget and had a terrific financing option of 0%. It wasn't the highest priced one but Aidian let us know it was the right one for the size of our house. He set up a time and date to have the old furnace and AC replaced and came out that day with two young guys who introduced themselves as Tony and Steve. I'm a sucker for people with a strong work ethic and Tony and Steve certainly had that. They worked in an overheated attic on a hot day straight through till the job was finished and cleaned everything up. I thought every step of the way was handled with professionalism and great competence and would highly recommend them to anybody.
The person was personally friendly good work. Not by this gentleman, but we were asked if we wanted to pay first. That was a no-no
Very nice and knowledgeable
