Reviews
Write a ReviewThere was a glitch with the first appointment scheduled, but once that was worked out they identified and fixed the problem.
Very knowledgeable, very professional. It turned out that my leaky faucet only needed tightening. Technician tightened and said "no charge". I will hire them in the future.
Two thumbs up!
very good team with Nick and Omar. Great service and quality work!!
I will start by noting that Justin (one of the sales/supervisors) wants very much to make things right when they go wrong. My electrical job went horribly wrong. Aside from having to move out of my house for 4 days and my near anxiety attack over it all, Justin kept his word on staying involved until everything was corrected on the electrical job. Because I was assured this was an isolated incident, I hired them to hook up my kitchen plumbing after. The plumber greatly lacked attention to detail. He assessed the job himself and still bought the wrong part. He set the sink center off center and also had the letters facing sideways (corrected by a supervisor at my request). The plumber also did not set up the plumbing to account for a dishwasher - which is right next to the sink (also corrected by a supervisor). Furthermore, the plumber made some considerable scratches in my brand new hardwood floor. Tipping Hat tried to sell me on services ultimately not needed - probably the case for many companies in this high demand Denver market. Had I not brought in other professional opinions, I could have been out over $10k. What I have learned the hard way in trying to tackle home projects in Denver is have 3 quotes to compare and ALWAYS prep the work area on your own, be there to oversee every step of the job, ask questions, and do the clean up on your own too.
Had a $4,100 whole house water treatment system plus a $4,300 tankless water heater installed. The service guys were were on-time, courteous, and neat, and the system appears to be working well. My only complaint is that an ~8 foot length of 1" PVC waterline is now run across the floor of our basement where it spans the primary entrance and creates a major tripping hazard, especially for seniors like us who have lots of things stored there. If a line had to be run across a floor, I would have expected them to chip-out the concrete for below floor-level placement of the obstructing waterline. However when I complained about this impediment, all I got from the service guys were shaking heads, hitched shoulders, and meek "Sorry." They said the supervisor Kevin would contact me to resolve, but I've yet to hear further from anyone in their office. Very, very disappointing. If not for that I'd have given them 5 stars. Before using them for any future work, I'd ensure I knew the final layout did not create problems.
scheduled appointment quickly, honest and knowledgeable about repairs needed, very courteous service tech.
The employees I dealt with were very polite and professional. The tech was punctual and knowledgeable and very thorough as he explained my options for repair. He did a great job and left my bathroom at least as clean as he found it. I would hire this company again.
Very professional every step of the way.
Prompt, courteous.
