Liberty came to our home to fix a leak in the garage. He was able to fix the issue promptly, and identify that it was caused by some improper work done by the previous owners of the house. He identified the same issue throughout the house, and came back two days later to fix the problems in all our bathrooms and kitchen. He was friendly, professional, and did quick, high quality work. My only concern is that the job seemed costly ($2,800) for about 6 total hours of work. However, I'm very satisfied with the work that Liberty did!

We had Jerome help us with some of our plumbing needs. He was prompt, very friendly, walked us through options, and worked to ensure we were satisfied with the work performed. From a company perspective, they communicated promptly and well to get us scheduled. The prices were a bit higher than we expected, but not outrageous.

Selling my house and Inspector for buyer requested a simple wax ring and a longer toilet base bolt. Tipping Hat charges by the job, not hour, so initial proposal was high for a simple job. I was going to seek other proposals, but Tipping Hat gave me a $45 coupon off the job, making the price reasonable. The contractor that performed the job was very nice, cleaned up afterwards and did a great job.

Tipping hat called within 30 mins of placing the ad with HomeAdvsor. Liberty was out that afternoon and gave a quote. He came the following Monday as scheduled and did the installation. Work was done quickly, quality of work was outstanding and he clean up after himself. Would highly recommend Tipping Hat. Only advice is the front offices needs to follow-up up the day of work. Liberty said they would follow up and they did not.
