I have to say the owner of the company, Philip demonstrates and practices the company's vision statement. Jessica made me feel comfortable with a company I've never heard of and catered to my every need. Kevin was amazingly knowledgeable and very friendly. Chris did the work and we chatted the entire time. I truly felt like I had friends or neighbors helping replace my water heater. Tipping Hat is not only friendly, curtous, knowledgeable and Locally/Family owned. They are reasonably priced and are willing to help your financial situation.
