They quickly returned phone calls and were able to set up an appointment very quickly. When the tech arrived, he was respectful of both us and our property. He cleaned our chimney to our satisfaction and cleaned up after himself. The area around our chimney was cleaner when he finished than when he started! We would highly recommend this company and intend to have them back in the future to clean our chimney.

$153 it cost me to hear how good he was. Never got on the roof to inspect the cap or crown. Tried to sell me a chimney liner. No price for the cost of a new liner or repair.

Do not kill the messengers sir, when few companies telling you a liner is needed it means you need a liner. Does not mean you need to hear it from another company and then put a complaint. Soon as our tech confirm that you needed a liner you disregard him and disrespect him. At that point he didn't see any reason to go on the roof and keep confirming what other companies told you before. After disrespect our tech We didn't give you a price for new liner or repair because we are not interested having you as a customer. You paid for sweeping. You knew the price for sweeping before and we did swept your chimney. You did not have to schedule with us.

The cleaner did everything from the bottom of the chimney. He did not inspect the chimney cap up close.

The company responded promptly, and sent a young man to perform an analysis of our issue and provide a remedy. He even photographed the replacement chase cover while he was up on the roof. Very pleased with the service.
