Write a ReviewWas disappointed in that I had been told it would cost $125.00 to clean the dryer vent inside and out and on the roof. However, the tech who came to do the work, changed the price from $125.00 to $299.00 per vent ( I have two). Claimed the price was more because the roof was high (basically 1 story house; at least where the vents were) and because he had to clean from inside as well as the outside. All of this had been told to person with whom I made the appointment over the phone ahead of time and who gave me the price of $125.00 per vent. Also tech found two cracks in my chimney which he repaired for $400.00 each. Was nice he could fix these at the same time while here and that price did not seem quite so unreasonable. Also would have liked an itemized bill but only got a lump sum bill which rounded up the vent cleaning to $300.00 each.
They did the work professionally and cleaned up afterwards.
The technician was awesome. He worked with mr in light of the issues I had with the sales person I spoke to on the phone. I had called to remove a birds nest in my dryer duct outlet. I was given a reasonable quote. The sales person asked if I would be interested in getting my HVAC ducts cleaned and mentioned they were running a specialist asked what the price included. He explained it was a thorough cleaning of all HVAC ducts and air returns involving sweeping and extracting of dust and dirt and allergens. I said that sounds good since I have severe allergies I agreed to have a duct. When the tech arrived I was informed that there were two types of duct cleaning the special was a quickie cleaning not a thorough duct cleaning. I declined having that done because it was not what I was told and agreed too. The complete cleaning is hundreds of dollars more. I learned that this miss representation of this service was an ongoing issue with this company due to trading new employees I instructed the tech to clean the dryer duct and remove the clog caused by the birds nest. The tech went above and beyond since the sales person told me over the phone that the price included cleaning and any repairs he made would have cost several hundreds of dollars. He honored the quote I was given. I am waiting for the company to contact me about resolving the issue regarding the HVAC cleaning service. At the present Iâ m not thinking this is misrepresentation but a trading issue. Iâ m hoping we can resolve this issue and I can get my HVAC ducts cleaned
I am not sure I understand the issue, it seems like there should be 5 stars all around review, you received a deep cleaning with birds nest removal for a basic service price of your dryer vent and free air duct inspection. Of course do not hesitate to contact us and discuss, so I can understand your complaint better. Thank you.
It was fast I hope they did a good job!
Great service!
Great service. Tech was very patient with me as I asked a number of questions being the first time I used the company. Plan to use them again.
I don't understand why this service costs so much, but it seems consistent from one company to another.
Thanks!

Hector showed up dirty from last job, needed an extension cord and dust pan, left the hearth dirty and dirt around front door handle, no booties for dirty feet on carpet, left no confidence he did his job right. Said he had only been chimney cleaning for 3 mos. so feel for the guy who seemed to have not had enough training nor was equipped to do the job.
