Started great - felt screwed in the end... I needed a chimney cap on my gas heater flue. Only positive was that they sent a guy out FAST (next day) to check it out. He said no cleaning was needed but the cap would cost $700. Talked him down to $620 which is still VERY high for a chimney cap even though they said it was because it is an old house and needed to be custom made. I was willing to pay a bit extra because I was headed out of town and figured I would spend a couple hundred to just get it done. I was told it would be installed in 7-10 days... over two weeks later and after a bunch of excuses about botched deliveries, I finally got the attention of the owner and it got installed, but the installer must have dropped something down the flue (if it was sentiment, then it should have been cleaned which they said wasn't recommended). Anyway, something fell down the flue and chipped the flue in the hot water heater which meant I needed to replace my now-leaking hot water heater (total loss). So I'm in $2,000 for a $350 job that took a week longer than it should have. Customer service was nice, but service was sub-par.
Good afternoon Michael and happy New Year, I do appreciate your feedback but find it harsh and unfair. Regarding timing we always were in touch and answered every time you called, we do say 10-14 business days on all custom parts (not 7-10) and the manufacture did have a mistake with the delivery address which we do take full responsibility and can provide you with Fedex tracking number for you to verify. As you said our customer service is pretty satisfying so we would be happy to hear regarding your water heater issue as we never received any complaint , also please consider my techs don't use nothing which can damage a water heater and it most likely damage from before as you stated your liner was uncapped for a while. Again sorry about your experience and will be happy to hear from you with any resolution or concern!
Great service. Immediately responded to my call for information around 4 a.m., sent out the service person that afternoon, very helpful and informative, and the work was all done in a little over an hour. I will be using them again, and very highly recommend them.

The company is polite, helpful and does a good job! It s important to clarify expectations as this company does not include cleaning the fireplace and cleanout as part of their chimney cleaning.
