The company called me immediately after making the request. They were nice on the phone and quoted a price for me. They let me know that any damaged that was there previously would be an extra charge. They came on time to the rental property and were very nice according to my renters. They explained everything. There was an adjustment for which they didn't charged me for. Now the fireplace is working good. I'm very happy with them, they were great. As well, they take credit cards over the phone after the work being made.

The technician was thorough, however I found him to be judgmental about our lack of maintenance. Very expensive for time spent actually working

THE TECHNICIAN DON/RON CHEATED THE HELL OUT OF ME, FAST TALKING WITH HIS SLICK METHOD OF SELLING ME WORK I DIDN'T NEED!!! CHARGED $1,000. TO PUT TAR AROUND MY CHIMNEY FLASHING AND FAST TALKED ME OUT OF GIVING A POKER TABLE WITH 5 CHAIRS TO GET A DISCOUNT ON HIS SERVICE! I BELIEVE THAT I WAS SERIOUSLY RIPPED OFF. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE YOUR CONTRACTORS!!!!

Excellent service. The technician was extremely professional. He explained everything that he was doing and made suggestions for repairs that may be needed in the future. He also kept the chimney area clean.
