We had our Chimney cleaned today by United Home cleaning services and our cleaner who do the service was Roy. Roy was very polite and informative. He let us know what he was going to need to do and why. Roy made us feel very comfortable as we all conversated like we were old friends. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND DEFINITE 5 STARS!! THANKS Again Roy and will keep you in mind from now on for ALL our chimney needs. KEEP up the great work,you didnt just do what was needed but you had went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! Overall, the work got done and I was being upsold on certain items that were very inexpensive repairs (that most could do as a DIY) for an extreme price. I passed on these. I was in a rush to get the job done. Had I not been, I would have explored other options. Just beware of the "bait and switch up-sell" tactics.

Friendly, informative and met my expectations. Very informative - my fireplace needed much more than regular cleaning as I had thought but he didn't try to oversell. Very helpful in establishing a plan to get work done!

They were very prompt in setting up the appointment. The person that did the work was very nice. The problem we had was the fee for some masonry work on the inside of the fireplace. The work was sloppy and took him just a few minutes and they charged us $250!!! We also paid over $300 for the "special" cleaning. We had a friend, who works in masonry, look at the work after it was completed and he said it was about a $25 repair that anyone could do and the work was very sloppy. My husband has called numerous times ....we feel we should get some credit. Michael said he would get back to us and never did. Its been weeks. Will not use them again! Overcharged and follow up customer service is non existent.

Also i did get back with your husband and explained to him that we did a repair necessary repair (your chimney wasn't service for 25 years!) which we warranty for 5 years and the price was fair.
