They did the inspection with a telephone and they charged me twice as much as agreed.

Good morning, we did a level one inspection which detected your issues and the reason you paid double is because you needed heavy duty cleaning due to the poor maintenance of your chimney. He was informative, but its to soon to say if I would recommend them. They did suggest strongly a high price service for the chimney, which come spring we will do. Just want to see if their normal cleaning works. I'll add more if the cleaning did its job.

After they repaired my chimney, they also trimmed branches hanging over the chimney. They also cleaned out my gutters while on roof. They were very professional.
