Professional service with great crews, Move went off as planned. Can't ask for a better service. Highly recommend. Move from Massachusetts to Florida was on schedule and done right.

This was the worst experience we have ever had. This is the exact definition of bait and switch. From the first phone contact, John and receptionist, Denise you get the illusion that customer satisfaction is a priority. Once you give them a big chunk of your money that they tout is fully refundable. How can you change your mind after your house is partially packed up and you need to get out because you have sold? It is at that point you feel totally screwed and that is because you are. They know they have you and that is why they offer the cancel at any time thing! Ha! you can not just cancel. Who are you going to get to move you a long distance in a day or two notice? No one, I tried! Please do not believe the hype! After the bait, comes the switch. They said they would call for the last inventory about a week before the moving date-nope, its more like 2 days before. That is when they said okay we will have our men out Wed-Thurs. and then 2 days in a row, no show. They said their window is 3 days. They said Wed-Thurs while knowing we needed to be out by Friday. Then we were told it will take 2 days. After talking to the owner who says **mam there are no guarantees and no worries we can get your house packed in a day.** We needed to be out by 8:00 am Friday, they came at 1030am. on Friday. And then, no we need 2 days. After a detailed inventory was given to them and they assigned the size truck, oops no we need a bigger truck. We got rid of more things and it still didn't work. Next,, we do not have a bigger truck. We had to be out of our house and now we only had one day for them to come and finish the full pack( if you have them pack pictures and mattresses- you have to pay for a full pack! even though we had already packed approx. 40 boxes ourselves.) Next, is even more fun- did not send enough guys. After several tense calls to the owner, we got one more guy. But the kicker was we needed to be out by 7 pm (extension given to us by our buyer after a $2,000 hold was placed.) We did not get out in time, there was not enough room on the truck, and the guys just left at 8:30 pm with over 50 random items unpacked and several more large boxes, garage items left in the house, and on the driveway! We had to scramble and call any friends with trucks and the ability to store our items at their house because we needed to be on the road ourselves to move to Florida and meet these guys at the storage unit there to receive the items. Once at the storage facility in Florida, same bait and switch. In Illinois, they told us that the items they did pack would stay packed for storage. Once in Florida, the guys started unpacking my expensive and items that would be required sealing to stay in a hot storage facility, I mean taking the plastic off and literally unwrapping them to be completely vulnerable to humid conditions, bugs, etc. When asked they said sorry you should have to call the owner, we need to take our materials. It goes on from there but needless to say, after around $10,000 we still have to figure out how to get our things that were left in Illinois to Florida. The owner said he would pick them up and store them but no guarantees as to when, how, and when we would get them. Now, I ask you why in the world would we ever trust him to follow through, Fool me once, full me twice- you know the saying? If I could I would give them ZERO stars. I feel very sorry for anyone who trusts their move to this company. No accountability, NO responsibility, and they get all of my money. I see the positive reviews alongside this one. The only way I can see that happening is that this is not a legit review site or those customers were bought off, or even more unbelievable- they had a different crew and a different owner? Could we really be that unlucky? I do not think so. Ask yourself do you want to roll the dice? This company knows exactly what they are doing. They want your money.

The moving date was 6/21. Didnt receive the second half of furniture/belongings until 7/10/21. Underbid on a job they were not equipped to handle. The job required a bigger truck and 6 men. The truck only fit half of our furniture/belongings and they only sent 3 men. We had a 1 p.m. closing and they showed up at 5:p.m. They did not return until 1 p.m. the next day to finish. We didnt receive the second half of our furniture/belongings until 19 days later. Extensive damage was done to our oak bed. In addition, they broke a wine glass, two picture frames, and my china sugar bowl. A box containing 2 leather coats and several business suits is missing. Calls to the owner were not taken or returned. This company does not even deserve one star. They deserve a negative rating and I recommend Home Adviser not refer any work to them. I believe they knew they were not capable of accommodating our needs and underbid intentionally to get the job.

We are sorry that Mrs. Mari was not pleased with our service or process. Nothing that took place during this move was outside of the scope of our services outlined or commitments made to our customer. Mrs. Mari reserved her move for a pickup window of 6/21/21-6/22/21. She reserved her move for 1576 cubic feet(less than the capacity of one of our 26 ft box trucks). The volume capacity of our trucks (1768 cubic feet )is transparently outlined on our moving estimate. The dimensions are 26 ft x 8.5 x 8. Upon arrival to Mrs. Mari's home in Connecticut on 6/21/21 it was determined that furniture/boxes had been added by Mrs. Mari to her shipping list. All of the items she was now requesting to be shipped would far exceed the capacity of our 26 ft box truck. After discussion with our team we offered a solution to remove one truck load worth of belongings from Mrs. Mari home and temporarily store them at Agility Van Lines expense until we could schedule a second truck for the second shipment. We advised that the time table for delivery of the initial shipment would be 2-7 days as originally estimated however the estimated timeline for the second shipment would be 7-14 days from the first delivery. The new agreement was made in writing prior to services beginning. Pickup was started on 6/21/21 and completed on 6/22/21. Delivery of Mrs. Mari's first shipment was made on 6/24/21 within the estimated 2-7 day delivery window. Delivery of the second load was made on 7/10/2021 which was two days beyond our estimated timeframe for the second shipment. After delivery took place Mrs. Mari reached out to our office and notified Denise of items she believed were damaged or lost in the move. Denise explained the moving claims process to Mrs. Mari and email her the Moving claims instructions. Mrs. Mari stated she would proceed with filling a claim and be back in touch with us in due course. Mrs. Mari never filed her claim. On 8/19/2021 Mrs. Mari posted this review on HomeAdvisor. I personally reached out to Mrs. Mari to discuss her move and offer her assistance with the claims process. She insisted that I refund her $3000.00 for loss and damage. I explained that in order to obtain reimbursement for loss or damage she must start by following the proper procedure by filling a claim. I did advise Mrs. Mari that in good faith if the claim amount was not to her satisfaction I would offer assistance in providing additional reimbursement.

With everyone always asking for reviews, I am one that is not one to complete them. But for the service I received from Agility Van Lines I cannot express the awesome experience I received for a move from Alabama to Florida. Teddy and crew arrived and carefully packed all our belongings in a very fast and efficient manner. They even delivered our goods the next day with the same level of service. The whole Agility Team was wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them .

Customer service and communication through our moving, 7 months of storage, and moving again was excellent! Denise was GREAT to work with, kept me informed throughout the process, and I believe really helped us manage the timeline for the delivery which went incredibly smooth in a choatic market.

Excellent customer service. Exchanged plan details, milestone dates and exceeded my expectations in meeting the deadlines. Took very good care while wrapping and taping the furniture and other fragile assets. Everything was delivered in good condition well before the committed date without damages. The team lead was an excellent communicator, courteous and very professional.

There was great communication about the moving. The work with the office was seamless and efficient and professional. The movers who actually did the job were polite, courteous and respectful. It was a pleasure to have them in my home. They were very accommodating. The pricing was extremely reasonable. I would use them again and recommend them to everyone

I had a good experience with Agility. We moved from Pittsburgh, PA to Tampa, FL. I was very happy of the service for the cost of the move. The price was very reasonable, and Agility mostly stayed right on target with their projected pick up / delivery times. They were also very good communicators. I would definitely recommend Agility.
