The experience was great! Ontario, Gale and Will loaded me up and Ontario and Gale unloaded. Denise kept me informed and if I had any questions Shane, Richard or Denise responded. I would definitely use then again.

Whole house move to another state, with 2 drop locations. The home office in Florida helped proactively work thru several scheduling issues during the move, and addressed any of my concerns promptly and fairly. The packing/loading/delivery crew (led by Jean) were courteous and hard working... they had two late nights back to back and I never heard them complain. I would contract with this company (and crew) again without hesitation.

Had a great experience with the move. The customer service was fantastic. They walked me through everything I need to know reference to the move and the contract. I had no surprises, the amount quoted was the amount paid. Ontario and his crew took great care of my belongings, packed them better than I would have. I moved from Chicago to Florida, and nothing was broken or damaged. I would absolutely recommend them for your next move.

Worst experience I ever had. Very late for pick up would never recommend this company to anyone. When asking what time they would show up I was given one story after another.

It is unfortunate that we have received this negative review. George scheduled his move from Delaware to Maryland with John on 3/25/21 for pickup window of 3/31/21-4/1/21. On 3/26/21 Denise performed her welcome call confirming the two day pickup window of 3/31/21-4/1/21 and confirmed Georges availability for both dates as per our agreement. On 3/30/21 Denise confirmed with George that pickup will be on 4/1/2021. Pickup was completed on 4/1/2021 as per our agreement and delivery was completed the following morning 4/2/2021. We provided service as agreed within the contracted dates and terms. We have since contacted George to address this review however on both occasions that we have called he has hung up the phone on us. We are saddened that George feels this way about our service and wish that he would allow us the opportunity to address his concerns with him. If anyone wishes to contact us further regarding this matter please don't hesitate to reach out to one of our staff members.

They kept their promises for a pick-up time, wrapping boxing, and putting all my furniture. 2 young fellas were hard-working pleasant cooperative and trustworthy. And they were willing to go the extra mile.
