    Moving personnel were professional, courteous and accommodating. John, senior moving consultant was courteous and knowledgeable. Loading personnel were well supervised, by Paul I believe, and they were careful, fast and courteous. All of my experiences with Agility Van Lines, during this move, were exceptional.

    Agility helped us with a great move. The arrived on time, were friendly and helpful people and took great care with our items. I highly recommend them!

    They were a total inconvenience and an overall disappointment. They give 2-day windows with 4-hour windows. They do not keep you updated on those. I learned on Thursday night that the move would be on Friday afternoon. That put my move 2 days behind. I said alright because I thought was saving a lot of money. However, the estimate turned out to off be quite a bit off. the total price turned out to be a lot more than the estimate I was quoted. In my opinion, I did not add several hundred dollars worth of stuff. Then when it came to dropping my stuff off 1st it would be on a Saturday, then Monday, then Tuesday. This all cost me hotel fees. When it did show up I was informed I had to pay cash to get my stuff back. Do yourself a favor and hire any other moving company besides this one. On top of all this, there were multiple pieces of furniture that were damaged.

    Todd reserved his move for a two day pickup window of 10/29/20-10/30/20. We advise our customers that we provide a 4 hr pickup window 24 hours prior to the scheduled move date. On 10/28/20 at approximately 1:28pm Denise contacted Todd and advised pickup would be on 10/30/20 with an afternoon pickup window of 1-5pm. At the time of arrival Todd did not have proper form of payment as per our agreement. I personally spoke to Todd and advised him that I would accept full payment at delivery prior to unloading via our acceptable forms of payment, cashiers check, cash, postal money order or Zelle. Todd thanked me for making the exception. When our team arrived for delivery Todd did not have payment as agreed. He asked if he could pay the day after we deliver all of his belongings. I reminded him of our discussion and our policy of receiving payment in full prior to delivery. Todd became very upset using profanity at both myself and our crew waiting to deliver his belongings. After payment was made and delivery received, Denise from our office reached out to Todd to discuss his move and better understand why he was upset with Agility Van Lines. He advised Denise that he was angry that we would not accept payment after delivery and he abruptly ended the call with Denise. We make sure all customers are aware of our payment terms prior to reserving with Agility Van Lines. In addition this information is addressed multiple times during the scheduling process to avoid situations just as explained above. We are sorry that Todd feels this way about our service and wish the outcome had been different. If anyone wishes to have more information regarding this situation please do not hesitate to contact our office.

    Horrible experience would not recommend to anyone. They left part of my household goods in my home. They underestimated how much I had and could not fit on their truck. They left it there and it cost me $2200 to get another company to pick up and move it.

    We are sorry that Vicky feels she cannot recommend our service to anyone. Vicky items were picked up from Channahon, IL on 8/5/20 and delivered three days later on 8/8/20 to Cooper City, Florida (Approximately 1365 miles). Vicky reserved exclusive use of our 26 ft box truck(1768 cf). The following policy is explained both verbally and in writing to our customers at the time of booking. "When reserving exclusive use of our 26-foot box truck for 1768 cubic feet, the final inventory has no effect on cost. The full truck transportation and fuel charges apply whether you ship more or fewer items than originally estimated. In the event that we are unable to fit all of your items on our truck, you may choose to call your estimator to reserve another move based on the cubic feet that we are unable to be loaded." Vicky items completely filled our truck on 8/5/20 and there were items left in her home in Illinois. As per our moving estimate terms, we offered to send a second truck and ship the remaining items at minimum cost. Vicky declined this offer. We performed the service we were hired to do for Vicky. Unfortunately, Vicky has since disputed her Amex charge of $3500.00 that was used to pay for her move. We are currently in the process of responding to American Express.

    Johnathan, Oren, and Paul did a fantastic job of packing up the house and getting me set up in my new place. I feel they may need to update their standards on estimated cubic feet for furniture sizes. What they predicted and what my furniture ended up being caused a difference in price after the fact.

    Daniel, Paul and Millard helped us with our move, and they were super! The actual guys who did the move were super! However, the company did not deliver in the time frame which they said they would, and they were not up front about where our possessions were located, and being stored. Past delivery date my more than a week!

    Agility was very accommodating, got us in the schedule quickly and the owner personally helped make it happen. The movers were professional and did a great job. My first move without type of damage to my belongings. They recommended an auto shipper who also was great to do business with. Iâ d definitely recommend Agility.
