Karl Lee, Aaron Johnson, and Alfred Rodney our movers were absolutely the best. They took great care of our furniture, pictures, etc.. in our move from IN to FL. All 3 were professional, polite, and very courteous. I would recommend these 3 movers to anyone. Now as far as scheduling that is a different story. I was told/scheduled by Michael that the pick up would be May 2 or 3. They showed up on the afternoon of May 4, which caused me to miss a day of work on my new job. Delivery was set for Thursday May 7th but our furniture didn't show until Saturday evening May 9th. We had Mother's Day Plans that we had to cut short. In fairness to Shane and Agility, they did knock off some money for the fact I had to miss work, so a big reason I put down I would recommend to family and others. So, if you are flexible on moving dates these guys took great care of our stuff. We had no broken or damaged items in the move. I would recommend Agility if you are flexible.

Movers were polite and efficient. My issues were the late time of arrival on the first day due to the movers driving from a distant location and this affected the entire move which had move out and move in restrictions . The move involved 2 households moving out of Virginia and moving into South Carolina.

They left behind several pieces of our furniture. Did not show up within the 5 days **guaranteed** window. They only had 2 guys to unload a 26-foot truck. If not for our son helping them and several of us removing all the wrapping and we putting all the furniture back together, they would have been here 7-8 hours instead of 4.

Tim reserved his move for exclusive use of our 26ft box truck. When selecting this option our sales staff make it clear to customers that they are reserving the entire truck however whatever does not fit will be the customers responsibility. We never expect nor want a customer to assist our team in moving furniture into or out of their home. Were sorry this move did not go as Tim had expected and do wish he felt better about his experience.

Dont hire them they were late on both made me think they would be on time on the date decided then called less than 24 hours to change it knowing full well I had to be there. They showed on a Sunday night and left around midnight quoted was for 2400 after getting they said it will change to 4400. I have already told all the Military TMO about them and I packed all my stuff. No I would never recommend them they liars and thieves with absolutely no integrity. I hire them because they said they could make the time line cost me four days pay

Robert's move was reserved for a two day pickup window of 2/1/20-2/2/20 with a delivery window of 2/3/20-2/8/20. We picked up his items on 2/2/20 and delivered on 2/7/20. When scheduling his move with John, Robert provided a list of 42 items for a minimum of 500 cubic feet. This list was checked and verified over the phone with John in the quality assurance process three days prior to the move as well. Upon arrival to Roberts home in Hampton, VA our foreman assessed that he had 126 items for a total of 875 cubic feet. In accordance with our company policy and our promise to our customer, Robert was provided with a written revised estimate prior to loading for the additional 84 items. The cost was agreed upon in writing and the job then completed. We are sorry that Robert feels this way about our process. To avoid these very concerns we outline our delivery windows and billing practices very clearly in our booking process and quality assurance calls. If anyone reading this review has any specific questions regarding this scenario as it pertains to their upcoming move please contact our office to discuss.

After I contacted Home Advisor I heard from the moving company (Agility Van Lines) within 5 minutes. In fact the owner himself called me. I had an estimate within minutes and he never varied from this amount. More than honest, polite, and courteous! I highly recommend this efficient company.

This company was fantastic. We had to change our moving dates twice and they didn't bat an eye. They were flexible and professional throughout the whole move. If you need move long distance, this is where to look.

John, Denise, Teddy and his Crew were amazing. They ensured we were able to stick to our planned move-out date, even with the Covid-19 schedule disruptions. Our furniture is now in storage with Agility and we look forward to working with them again once we are ready to receive our furniture. Their service was timely and thorough.

I hired thus company to come early Saturday morning, but they said they could not show up between 2p-6p. So I rescheduled for Sunday morning, which the drivers were unaware of the change. So they still didn't come until close to 6 pm Sunday. They worked late but had to stop loading due to the amount of work hours they had worked total from the previoud job before mine. So they came back Monday near afternoon to finish loading then unloaded in other house. They worked close to 7 pm. Two of the workers had bad attitudes and was ready to go and stopped working several times. The 3rd worker was excellent. My family and I had to get a hotel when they stopped Sunday night because our bed was packed up. The owner did refund the money for our hotel stay. This company books more than one move in a day is why the service is not great

The guys at Agility did a great job for me from start to finish! Michael, my sales rep, was patient and explained everything about the process. He made me feel secure and confident that I was making the right choice. Shane took care of scheduling and contacted me and explained any changes to scheduling. But the best part of my move was Alfred, Sal and Aaron (in no particular order) who did a fantastic job of actually moving my things. They were more careful with my furniture than I would have been, and made me very glad I hired Agility instead of trying to do this move through U-Haul. All three were complete professionals, respectful, easy to work with, and kept me informed throughout the process from pickup through delivery. I will definitely contact Agility in the future if I have a move, and have recommended them to my friends. I would also request Alfred, Sal and Aaron when I need assistance with moving.
