    I would highly recommend Agility Van Lines. Everyone was very professional and competent in their roles including John and support staff in the office to my three movers, Daniel, Marcus and Robert, who arrived on time, packed everything carefully and in a timely fashion and delivered and unpacked everything without any damage at all. The quoted price remained accurate. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience with Agility Van Lines.

    Best moving company!! Have their own trucks and crew. Great customer service and go the extra mile to make the experience pleasant. I have used them 2X and this is the only moving company I would recommend.

    John and his associates in the office were professional, transparent, and ready to answer all questions. Daniel and his crew of movers were energetic, pleasant, efficient, and careful in loading and unloading.

    I could not have been more pleased with everyone at Agility Van Lines. John, Shane, Denise, Tsano, Elie, and Paul were all fantastic to work with. Even when, on the day of pickup, we realized our space estimate was way off, Shane and the crew came up with some options that worked for us. I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking for a moving company!

    I worked with John who is professional, courteous and walked me through the entire process reassuring me when things got overwhelming. He helped me sort through my inventory so I could decide what to take and not to take. Although I did not move to Florida as planned because I could not secure an apartment, I was given a full 100% refund of my deposit. No other company out there guarantees that if you cancel for any reason they will refund your deposit. Only Agility Van Lines guaranteed this!! I had a lot of different quotes & John was completely competitive and in many cases lower than some of the other well-known companies in long distance moving. A lot of the other quotes I got were much lower which made me suspicious and rightfully so. Agility comes to your door and the men you meet at your door are the ones you meet at your destination. This made me feel much more confident in their ability to complete this move successfully. I will definitely be using them in the future!

    We used Agility over other moving companies because John told us they were a family-owned business. We paid to have a whole house move...packing included... because we did not have time to pack everything ourselves as in previous moves. They did not send **packers**. Only Ontario knew what he was doing. They did not mark any box whatsoever. We were there to mark what room the box was going in but not every minute. No contents were marked on the boxes. We had separated kitchen items that would be stored...we found many of those items in the kitchen boxes that we opened. Things we had in other rooms were in various boxes for different rooms. Our coffeepot was in a garage box! We should have gotten professional packers...we had one out of three. The last day of loading, my wife packed both bathrooms, then packed boxes from multiple items just left on the great room floor. We were told by Denise they would arrive at 4 pm the day before our house was to be cleaned for closing to get the rest of our things. (The first day they came with two trucks but only partially loaded one truck and that driver left. It was 9 pm...so the second truck was too small to handle the rest) Ontario came BY HIMSELF for that last load...and arrived at 9 pm! Had we not had two people from church and our next door neighbors come help box up everything else, the driver would have been there until 4 am! That included mirrors, painting, part of the master bed frame and misc. that had been dumped on the floor etc. We had the same issue with unloading. Denise told us we would have 5-6 people to unload coming on Friday or Saturday. Ontarios brother came with one other person at 11:30 am on Saturday. Ontario and his crew arrived at 2. At 4 o clock, his brother left. He also told me they do not unpack any boxes. To be fair, Ontario and his crew with two extra men were very cordial and took lamps and shades out of boxes. They were very polite. Otherwise I would have given everything a 1. Ontarios brother was rude. Because of our complaint Shane said we would get a discount. Instead of a discount we got an increase by $5000 from our quote. Plus they would not unpack the truck before we gave them a check. It was based on volume, not weight. We had several boxes that had two items in them. The original packers had boxes with everything thrown in the box and no paper wrapped around anything. It was a nightmare. Yes, we received everything...but the emotional trauma that Agility Van Lines caused us was lawsuit worthy. We would tell people not to ever use them. From the reviews that are positive, perhaps we just had the wrong crew. But that is not our problem and Agility should have given us the discount promised.

    Even though I had given the representative a list of the items to be moved, the truck they sent was not big enough to hold everything and they wanted another $4,000 to come back the next day and finish up moving the rest of my items. I said **No thank you**. My daughter and I came back the next day and filled both our cars and did the job they did not do! The young men that did the work were very good.
