Josh (their tech) knows his business and is thorough, professional, and pleasant. Marcie kept us posted about times and schedule. There were no surprises on cost and they were in line with industry standards. The work was competed quickly and correctly. Basically an excellent experience. I will use them again and I do recommend them.

Our technician Josh was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He diagnosed the problem pretty quickly, explained what needed to be done and made sure that I approved before he started the job. He did such a fantastic job that we will look no further and hire Home Service Doctors for future jobs.

The job was finished last week and the plumbing work appears to be fine. They destroyed a shrub/tree without consultation that we wanted to save . They did not secure a fence at night to keep our dogs enclosed. We expected more communication for the amount we paid

Somewhat complicate work done very well in a hard-to-access place. Mike and Robert were very friendly and professional. The work was diagnosed and completed in one day. Mike voluntarily offered us an old people's discount. Total bill was higher than I expected, but perhaps I am underestimating today's parts and labor costs. Strange error in emailed invoice, but we were not asked to pay that invoice.
