My house needed a new furnace, AC, humidifier, and hot water heater. The Home Service Doctor technician that arrived at my house, Bill Bishop, looked at my house both inside and out. He then sat down with me to explain how heating and air conditioning worked and the different options in different price brackets. There was no pressure or haggling. He also discussed items that I had not even considered such as the photocatalytic oxidation air purification system. Although Home Service Doctors was not the cheapest bid for the contract, their prices were reasonable. They stand behind the quality of their work and with the service contract provide extended and even lifetime warranties. I would highly recommend Home Service Doctors to anyone for heating and cooling needs.

This was a project that was a little out of the ordinary because both my neighbor and I had to have our AC's disconnected so an obtrusive tree could be removed and then reconnected. They handled it with ease, the scheduling was very flexible, and the staff was very friendly. They also made sure to beat whatever price I was given by anyone else. Great company.

Good company, great and fast service. Dakota, the technician, was very honest and told me upfront that he had no experience with my tankless water heater brand, but he called the manufacturer company and found a way to troubleshoot the system. I would definetly call them again.

Adam performed our service and I only have great things to say about him. He was friendly and helpful, going out of his way to make our project work right and work with our kitchen contractor. I was somewhat frustrated about communications with the main office and some scheduling challenges that caused us frustration in getting the project complete. Adam really made up for it by his work on the job site.

Installer/plumber was courteous and knowledgeable, did the work quickly, a job well done - installing a new toilet. He was careful about cleanliness moving in and out of the house - I think his name was Adam - the toilet was installed about 8 months ago. Great job!
